Would be fun to be able to have avatars/pictures that can be individualized for my contacts (similar to the web agent)

Good suggestion. We are planning to integrate avatars with O365, then maybe Google, but not manual.

Integration with O365 contacts includes avatars. We do not plan for manual avatars at this time.
