Place America/XXXXXX Timezones on top of the list

Suggestion to look at the country code of the phone number-- if it's +1, place America/XXXX (e.g. America/Chicago) at the top of the list of timezones so we don't have to scroll through all of the Africa/XXXXXX timezones first.
