Video (.3gp) and Audio-only (.amr) MMS not received or displayed

Video and audio MMS currently only show with a white box in the incoming message stream. Ideally, we would either display the media (and provide a way to play it back) or provide feedback to the user what was sent (an unsupported file).

After review, our vendor supports .3gp but does not support .amr. We will update documentation and close this task out as we are not planning to support .amr at this time.
