Allow notifications to appear even if the application is not open on the dashboard.

Not having this feature is keeping us from rolling out SMS to many of our users.

Hi Jared, 2 things are in motion. We have a temporary solution that will provide a notification in the Activity section of MS Teams. Please submit a troubleshooting ticket for SMS Notifications. Long term, heading into Q1/24 we will be launching an SMS replacement to address this functionality along with other feature improvements.
