Add functionality for downloading/sharing/forwarding pictures and videos in conversations

In our line of work, our company relies heavily on using pictures and videos to assess damage and estimate repair costs remotely. While Evolve Messages handles transmitting these quite well, it lacks the functionality to save these as files on the client's computer, which would be great for record keeping and quickly sending them to other coworkers who rely on Teams for communication.
